The legal operator, service details, payment terms, applicable law and effective date still need to be verified. Do not rely on this draft to describe rights or obligations that have not been established.
1. Developer and operator
The developer name provided for this project is Jiya. Support contact: [email protected].
To confirm: the legal entity or individual providing the service, its business address and contact information, and which website and app these terms cover.
2. Eligibility and service description
Jiya is presented as a service for adults aged 18 and over. The completed terms must explain eligibility, age verification, supported countries, account requirements, available features, and any limits on access.
The website, advertising and app must describe the same real service. A person shown in an illustration or product preview must not be presented as an available contact unless that is accurate and appropriately disclosed.
3. Fees, subscriptions and cancellation
To confirm: whether downloading, registration, messaging or any other feature is paid; prices and currency; any in-app purchases, subscriptions, renewals or trials; cancellation steps; and the applicable refund rules.
Downloading the app must not be described as free access to every feature unless that is true. Any material fee or renewal condition must be explained before a user commits to it.
4. Community rules and account controls
The operator must define the rules that actually apply to harassment, exploitation, unlawful activity, impersonation, age restrictions and user content. It must also describe any reporting, blocking, moderation, suspension, appeal and account closure tools that the service provides.
This draft does not claim that these tools have already been implemented. The final terms must reflect the service’s real capabilities and enforcement process.
5. Privacy, content and legal terms
The privacy notice is also a draft and must be completed. The operator must confirm content ownership and permissions, intellectual property rules, third-party services, service availability, liability terms, applicable law and dispute procedures.
These provisions must be reviewed for the actual service and jurisdictions. No unverified warranty, safety, availability, or data deletion promise is made by this draft.

सेवा शर्तों का मसौदा

कानूनी संचालक, सेवा का विवरण, भुगतान की शर्तें, लागू कानून और प्रभावी तारीख अभी सत्यापित करनी हैं। जो अधिकार या दायित्व तय नहीं हुए हैं, उनके विवरण के लिए इस मसौदे पर निर्भर न रहें।
1. डेवलपर और संचालक

2. पात्रता और सेवा का विवरण
Jiya को 18 वर्ष या उससे अधिक आयु के वयस्कों की सेवा के रूप में प्रस्तुत किया गया है। पूरी शर्तों में पात्रता, आयु सत्यापन, उपलब्ध देश, खाता बनाने की आवश्यकताएँ, सुविधाएँ और पहुँच की सीमाएँ स्पष्ट होनी चाहिए।
वेबसाइट, विज्ञापन और ऐप में उसी वास्तविक सेवा का विवरण होना चाहिए। चित्र या उत्पाद पूर्वावलोकन में दिखाए गए व्यक्ति को उपलब्ध संपर्क के रूप में तभी दिखाएँ जब यह सही हो और ज़रूरी जानकारी स्पष्ट दी गई हो।
3. शुल्क, सदस्यता और रद्द करना
पुष्टि बाकी है: डाउनलोड, पंजीकरण, संदेश या अन्य सुविधाओं के लिए शुल्क लगता है या नहीं; कीमत और मुद्रा; ऐप के भीतर खरीद, सदस्यता, नवीनीकरण या ट्रायल; रद्द करने के चरण; और लागू रिफंड नियम।
जब तक यह सच न हो, ऐप डाउनलोड को सभी सुविधाओं तक मुफ़्त पहुँच न बताएँ। किसी महत्त्वपूर्ण शुल्क या नवीनीकरण की शर्त की जानकारी उपयोगकर्ता की सहमति से पहले दी जानी चाहिए।
4. समुदाय के नियम और खाता नियंत्रण
संचालक को उत्पीड़न, शोषण, गैरकानूनी गतिविधि, किसी और की पहचान का इस्तेमाल, आयु सीमाओं और उपयोगकर्ता सामग्री पर लागू वास्तविक नियम तय करने होंगे। सेवा में उपलब्ध रिपोर्टिंग, ब्लॉक करने, मॉडरेशन, निलंबन, अपील और खाता बंद करने के तरीकों का भी विवरण देना होगा।
यह मसौदा इन सुविधाओं के पहले से मौजूद होने का दावा नहीं करता। अंतिम शर्तें सेवा की वास्तविक सुविधाओं और नियम लागू करने की प्रक्रिया के अनुरूप होनी चाहिए।
5. गोपनीयता, सामग्री और कानूनी शर्तें
गोपनीयता सूचना भी मसौदा है और उसे पूरा करना होगा। संचालक को सामग्री के स्वामित्व और अनुमतियों, बौद्धिक संपदा के नियमों, तीसरे पक्ष की सेवाओं, सेवा की उपलब्धता, दायित्व की शर्तों, लागू कानून और विवाद प्रक्रिया की पुष्टि करनी होगी।
इन प्रावधानों की समीक्षा वास्तविक सेवा और संबंधित अधिकार क्षेत्रों के अनुसार होनी चाहिए। यह मसौदा कोई असत्यापित वारंटी, सुरक्षा, उपलब्धता या डेटा मिटाने का वादा नहीं करता।
