This document is an incomplete draft for operator review. It does not yet describe all of the app’s actual data practices.

The operator must verify and complete the items below before using this notice for advertising or app distribution. The effective date and the legal operator’s identity are not yet confirmed.

1. Who is responsible

The developer name provided for this project is Jiya. Support contact: [email protected].

To confirm: the legal entity or individual operating the website and app, business address, relevant jurisdiction, and the contact responsible for privacy requests. The developer name alone does not identify the legal operator.

2. Information and app permissions

To confirm: which information the website and app collect, where it comes from, why it is used, and which permissions are requested. Items to review include account and profile details, messages, user uploads, device or diagnostic data, payment information, location, camera, microphone, contacts, and notification permissions.

This is a verification list, not a statement that Jiya collects or requests every item. Explain each actual practice and distinguish required data or permissions from optional ones.

3. Meta Pixel and website tracking

This website package includes an optional Meta Pixel base script on the landing page. A blank pixel ID leaves it disabled. When configured, the supplied code explicitly sends the standard PageView event; it does not explicitly send a Purchase event. Settings or events added in Meta Events Manager must also be reviewed.

This draft policy page does not load the Meta Pixel script. Before publication, confirm the live tracking configuration, cookies and data transmitted, purposes, recipients, any international transfers, the applicable consent or other legal basis, and the controls available to visitors. A language selector is not a tracking consent control.

4. Providers, retention and protection

To confirm: hosting, analytics, app infrastructure, payment and other service providers; the information each receives; any other disclosures; retention periods or criteria; and the security measures actually in place.

Do not publish claims about data sales, transfers, encryption, or protection until they have been checked against the service’s real operation.

5. Age, choices and account requests

Jiya is presented as a service for adults aged 18 and over. To confirm: the actual age restrictions, how they are enforced, and the process for handling information relating to people below the permitted age.

The operator must describe the available access, correction, deletion, objection, consent withdrawal and account closure processes, including any legal limitations, applicable deadlines, and a verified request channel. These processes and any in-app controls are not yet documented here.
